Simple is sometimes always the best and this simple baked pork chop recipe will give you a chop that is tender, sweet, and spicy. This recipe is going to need a full cup of honey, half a teaspoon of parsley, half a teaspoon of coarse black pepper, a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper, a quarter teaspoon of sage, two tablespoons of onions, one or two cloves of garlic, and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Mix the parsley, sage, pepper, and honey in a bowl. Simmer the onions with the garlic and olive oil and place the whole pork chops into a baking dish. Cover with the mixture and bake the whole concoction for one hour in a preheated oven at 325°F.
